Schedule: 8:00am- 5:00pm, Monday- Friday
The accountant is responsible for the accurate preparation of the financial statements and provides assistance and administrative support in the business office.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares timely and accurate financial statements for Link Suspensions of Canada LP and the other business units.
Prepares annual budget working with management team.
Administrates and maintains biweekly payroll including payroll preparation and fringe benefit deduction.
Maintains accounts payable. Comprising of matching invoices to appropriate authorizations; issuing debit memos and checks, and monthly analysis of statements.
Maintains accounts receivable. Comprising of matching payments to invoices, collections, issuing credits, and credit application processing.
Works with CPA firm to complete quarterly estimated tax payments.
Prepares workpapers for the annual financial review, working with CPA firm to complete in a timely manner.
Prepares monthly Canadian GST Returns.
Prepares weekly cash flow reports, daily cash positions reports, and handles transactions related to investments and foreign currency exchanges.
Provides financial reports or analysis data to management that will aid in decision making.

Bachelor’s Degree and/or two years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
