Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant at Link Manufacturing, Ltd., you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry, and make a positive impact on our customers' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Maintains the parts inventory including receiving and shipping of replacement parts.
  • Maintains a neat, clean, safe and organized work area.
  • Provides assistance with materials handling and shipping as needed.
  • Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Parts Counter experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers and/or employees of organization.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Travel Requirements: 0% overnight travel is expected

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Pass pre-placement drug screen and physical.
