Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Link Manufacturing, Ltd., you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry, and make a positive impact on our customers' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides efficient customer service support for all product lines through phone sales, email, order entry, EDI, service parts operations, and order status inquiries.
• Assists in supporting the field sales staff and serves as a liaison between sales and operations.
• Assures communications internally, regarding phone activities and inter-office information.
• Reviews, enters, and makes recommendations for part prices and customer price files.
• Assists sales efforts with designated products.
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills to be able to multitask effectively and work under changing priorities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills to understand and fulfill the needs of customers.
• Problem solving and technical skills to troubleshoot product related questions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field preferred and/or two years of order entry and customer care experience.
