Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment.
- Adapt to different workstations as production needs dictate, ensuring timely production of quality work that satisfies customer requirements.
- Assemble Cat's Eye products according to provided instructions and specifications
- Inspect all assembled products to ensure quality standards are met
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor

- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Reliable and dependable, with a consistent work ethic
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a respectful and team-oriented environment
- Occasional overhead work and frequent neck flexion and extension.
