Complete unscheduled repairs of production equipment to minimize production downtime; troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues of production machines.
Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment to maintain equipment
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform regular service on production equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on production and facilities equipment.
Complete basic tasks to maintain machines, equipment and facilities.
Assist in the installation and set-up of capital equipment and changes to facilities infrastructure.
Identify and initiate continuous improvements within the maintenance and production processes.
Comply with safety guidelines and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Qualifications:
Two-year certificate from college or technical school; or two of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and troubleshooting guides.
Able to troubleshoot, determine root cause and identify and implement solutions to problems.
Working knowledge of electrical test equipment, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Work with a sense of urgency to address machine downtime issues.
