Primary Responsibilities

  • Participates in daily production meetings.

  • Maintain vendor records.

  • Source Materials.

  • Create/monitor POs.

  • Own MRP planning parameters and execution.

  • Manage suppliers (OTD, quality, lead times).

  • Coordinate logistics and transportation.

  • Drive root-cause analysis for shortages/issues.

  • Reviews inventory stock to identify slow moving and overstock items and develops action plans to reduce inventory.

  • Maintain dashboards and KPIs.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A)

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistic roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software

  • APICS or other supply chain certifications preferred

  • Travel requirements: up to 5%
